We put the price list on the internet.

Marcus started this in 2019 with a ladder rack and a water-fed pole, after a decade doing commercial glass downtown. The first year was mostly windows in Northwest Austin. Solar came later, and by accident — a customer asked whether the panels were worth cleaning, nobody could tell him, so we read his inverter before and after. It was 16%.

That turned into how we work. Every solar job gets a reading logged on both ends. Every job of any kind gets before and after photos in the customer's portal the same day. If we cannot get something out — deep glass etching, permanent rust bleed — we say so on site rather than taking the money and hoping.

The pricing decision came out of the same instinct. Exterior cleaning runs on estimate appointments: someone comes to your house, walks around, and calls you two days later with a number you cannot compare to anything. We put the actual rate card on the website and built a quote tool on top of it. It uses the same rates the crew leads use, and you can read every multiplier on the pricing page.
